Through the new law, the sources added, the government would grant a “general amnesty” to all those who had held public offices between 1988 and 1999 and against whom corruption cases were pending.

This is so depressing. The dictator who kept whining for last 8 years that He wouldn’t bring those back who looted this country is now bringing all back. Offcourse when dictator’s power is at stake then he has to comeup with such deals. On other hand Militant Qomi Movement(MQM)’s senior good Babr Ghauri says that his party workers are mad that Mush is not forgivng them.

What a nation we are. I am more than glad after hearing this news because we as a nation are involved in every filth on face of earth. Corruption,stealing,tellnig lies, you just name it. We deserve what’s being imposed on us. Congrats Pakistanis, enjoy your fate!

MQM goons a.k.a BhaiLog hijacked the SHC when suo moto inquiry about 12th May 2007 incident was supported to proceed. According to Dawn:

KARACHI, Sept 10: The Sindh High Court adjourned on Monday the suo motu inquiry into May 12 events for a week because of a massive gathering of workers of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement.

“The proceedings are being adjourned under compelling circumstances,” said a seven-member bench in a brief order after noting the request of lawyers appearing from the two sides.

Jang reports that several unidentified armed men were found in and around of SHC and police asusual acted like a silent spectator and did nothing:

So 10th September was the day when Judiciary was hijacked twice in Pakistan. First in the morning when Fedral govt kicked nawaz Sharif out and then later MQM goons repeated same in Karachi. It’s not clear whether MQM was following fedral govt or fedral govt followed MQM(Ref:12th May 2007).

But MQM’s vetran goon Kunwar Khalid Yunus denied such allegation and said that they as citizen came to hear the proceedings. Vetran goon further expressed typical Mullah phobia and said that this didn’t happen 1st time and in past mullahs’ friends from madraessahs used to do same when things went against them. Khalid couldn’t give a satisfactory answer when he was asked whether he was following alleged mullahs? I was quite amused after reading statement of Khalid. At one side his party condemn every religious party in Pakistan and declare them terrorist while on other hand they follow them.

MQM and Musharraf have been doing one mistake after other. It seems no sane and wise man has left in MQM which advise them that such tactics are proving them more guilty. Incase if MQM is banned, the goons will start another bloody movement in Karachi and will make us suffer more. On other hand, CJ is determined to give justice no matter what.

A friend of mine who lives in Nazimabad No.1 told me that  the roof of recently built Nazimabad underpass has severely got cracked. I didn’t believe him. A day later I saw in Jang a picture about that Underpass and boy!, look yourself. Taken from Jang.

Oops! Scary! Dangerous! Keeping in mind the quality of material which is used, the traffic which is going thru this channel is under severe danger. The portion which you re seeing in this picture is the portion where they built an ‘amusement park’ for children.

City District Government Karachi (CDGK) has denied that any crack was developed in the Nazimabad Underpass in Liaquatabad town.


He said that minor craters on road on top of the underpass too was a minor matter, caused due to accumulated rainwater, adding the damaged portion had already been re-carpeted.

It may be recalled that news photo published in some newspapers on 27 August 2007 showed a crack on roof of the underpass and warned that the cracked portion of roof might fall down.

So according to MQM officials,these are not cracks. Yeah these are not cracks. Since our Nazim loves us so much and eager for beautification of Karachi, he hired services of Guljee who just demonstrated his art on roof of Nazimabad underpass.

Do this underpass at your own risk!! Infact whenever you use any underpass, make sure first that there is no crack in roof and wall of that underpass because we can’t afford the love of our city government much. *grin*

I must repeat that I never liked the existanc of Nasim Ashraf as a chairman of PCB and I had shared the reasons here and here. I have been reading for a month now about current cricket crisis in Pakistan specially after the birth of ICL(Indian Cricket League) ,managed by Zee network India. The league has attracted many famous players around the world including Pakistani players like Mohamamd Yousuf,Inzy,Imran Farhat,Azhar Mahmood and Razzaq. The league is rapidly becoming a threat for Cricket boards and both ICB and PCB are sending touch messages to ICL but Indian court ordered ICB not to take action against ICL players.

So far I was least bothered about this entire Saga untill I read today a news in Jang that PCB’s constitution papers got lost somewhere. I was like, What? According to Jang:

Can you believe it? Ashraf was doing Topi Drama about the constitution that A.G Office is delaying in the implementation of the PCB constitution while in reality they don’t have document of the constitution?? Do you think it’s is too much? No it’s not. Another Jang news:

Dawn reports that Senat’s standing comittie on sports asks PCB to give a detailed report about salary structure of PCB officials while The News reports that standing comittie got mad on the absence of PCB’s top officials who didn’t appear infront of comittie. How could they appear when all of them having fun out of Pakistan?Many of you would have been reading how senior players are reacting on pathetic attitude of PCB towards them and players like Inzy,Imran Farhat and now Razzaq expressed their concerns about attitude of PCB. Inzy who were known as a coolest captain of Pakistan have got pissed so much that they have threatened PCB that if PCB tries to poke its nose in the middle then they would go in courts and you all know how SC has been taking action against wrong things being done by Musharraf and Co and there are chances that PCB would be in trouble if Inzy goes in court.This is not enough! Razzaq also lashes out and says that he will not change his decision unless the current setup is dissolved.

Things are really going very worst for Pakistani cricket and I don’t see any hope unless Supreme court takes Suo Motto Action against Ashraf and his goons. We are going Kenya and I think Kenyans will beat us. I also got chance to read Razzaq’s interview in today’s Jang. I do agree with him. Respect comes first than anything else.

I am glad they are out. Unlike other Pakistanis, I was not expecting much from them. Specially I stop expecting from my team from the day naseem Ashraf started giving controversial comments regarding religion practise, dope test, hiring friends as a part of PCB and dope tests etc. I was not watching WorldCup for sake of Pakistan only. The real contest would be between 4 teams and I guess they would be SAF,NZ,ENG and WI. Yes I am not willing to see AUS anymore.

 

So BoYZ should come back to home ASAP. Naseem Ashraf should kick his own butt first before he think to kick Inzy and Bobby out. Enjoy the Worldcup because it is not over yet. Support cricket rather cricketers.

I rechecked the year of Publication of the image. I first thought that someone at Express office handed the old image of Zia era when people used to be treated like that but after further investigation it was found that the picture is new and its year of publication was 2007 rather 1985. I was confused that whether Zia came out from his grave and gave order of such sick treatment but somebody told that Zia is Resting in Peace and these days his nephew Musharraf who become a spoilt brat after spending much of time in Turkey and forgot everything related with Islam. The nephew was smart enough , he didn’t forget the lesson of dictatorship which he learnt from his late uncle and continued the Silsila Amriyatia efficiently. I just feel sick after reading this. After infinite claims by women right’s activist Mr.Musharraf, our women are still suffering, even suffering more. According to Today’s DAWN:

 

KARACHI, March 4: When she was one, Rasheeda Begum’s late father promised to marry her off to a relative to settle a poker debt. Fifteen years later, the man came to collect his winnings

 

 

Her mother Nooran Begum said her late husband Rahib was a gambler and lost Rasheeda in the game with his friend Lal Haider in 1992. He promised to give his daughter to Haider in lieu of Rs10,000. She said she paid off the debt several years ago, following her husband’s death.

 

Oh my God!!! How can a father sell his daughter?  am I living in 2007 or pre-Islamic Arab where people used to gamble,kill their daughters? I feel more sick because the guy would claim to be a Muslim as well.

 

Can some govt official tell me how their friggin WPB going to help this poor woman? Which clause can help her? All I know that a girl raped in Obaro still demanding justice. I see how our secular class going to help this poor girl.
