Dealing with “Intelligent” Spam in wordpress

Saturday, June 14th, 2008

Like Many others I don’t use any SPAM filter for my blog due to this I get 70+ spams every day PLUS valid comments. The reason I don’t use SPAM softwares because they at one time stopped spams but they allowed valid human enteries. I want to moderate every comment(human+non human).  I used some spam filters like “askmit”(sp??) and others but they didn’t stop valid human comments. Maybe I was not able to manage it or what but I got irritated and disable all such spam filters. Now I remove them manually. Now spam content is gettin intelligent day by day. Sometimes I get comment content so real that it takes few second to figure out whether it was a real comment or not. Like I often get spam comments as “I just came across your website and it was very informative for me. Thanks”. Now How do i sense such comment is SPAM is by reading URL in profile of the “person” which most of time wouldbe INSURANCE or VIAGRA.

How do you guys deal with such spam mania. Do guide me!

So do girls believe in that? :-)

Saturday, May 31st, 2008

I didn’t want to make it as post but it was interesting which i got via a mail:

Girls are special ones created by God…

If you praise her, she thinks you are telling lies.
If you don’t, you are good for nothing.
If she talks, she wants you to listen.
If you listen, she wants you to talk.
If you touch her, you are not a gentleman.
If you don’t touch, you are not a man.
If you agree to all her likes, you are a wimp.
If don’t agree, you are not understanding
So simple yet so complex, so weird yet so beautiful

That’s a girl

Why not Islam day or week?

Monday, May 12th, 2008

For past two days I have been seeing that Pakistani bloggers have been suffering from Mother’s Day phobia and trying to express their love for their respective mothers. As I mentioned here that idea of Mother’s Day or any other day is not only a copy cat Western idea but lame as well. For west such day could be justified because Western societies are already doomed and they don’t have a concept of respecting parents, having a family etc. So they found out a day to do things which is not part of their norms. This is why they celebrate days like father’s day,Mother’s day,Valentine’s day(to express love) because they try to amuse themselves. For us it’s part of our life, our society and our religion then why do we are seeking to represent us like them?

As I said several times that we are the nation which prefer to follow every lame thing done by West. We run away from those things of West(their positives) which COULD leave a good impact on us. Since West celebrates such days therefore we also try to celeberate it. After all Duniya K saath Chalna hay.

I was actually making thise post to ridicule such mentality which celebrates such days but suddenly I changed my topic. I thought, if we are so much fond of celebrating days then why don’t we ever try to celebrate a day as “Islam Day” or “Muslim Day” in which we try to implement Islam practically in our life and offer prayers and others things? Why don’t we bother ourselves to celebrate something like this in which we can try to follow Shariah for a week or even for a day? and if we don’t know a bit about it then atleast try to find out? Why do such things don’t come in our mind? just because it’s not glamourous and have no halla gulla and partying?no excuse to exhibit? We DO try to please a creature called MOTHER but never tried to please Allah who created not only us but our mothers as well? Ask yourself, the filth is in you! and when there is such filth then dramay bazi like mother’s day etc is just an excuse to fool yourself rather someone else.

Poverty for sale-An ‘innovative’ idea

Saturday, April 19th, 2008

Musharraf was always in “sad and sorrow” mood for Pakistani economy. He imported Shaukat Aziz from US to do “something” for doomed Pakistani economy who introduced us terms like “trickle down effect”,”privitization”,”SMEs” and “investment”.

Now it seems that Pakistani awam have been convinced and they have started coming up with new ideas of investment. Following is one of them when a mother of 5 kids in Multan put his kids for sale so that they can eat something. Wow quite innovative and impressive I must say.

Shaukat would be feeling proud that like his friends in Karachi Stock Exchange, poors of Pakistan have also learnt how to “make money”. Musharraf’s allies now can face Awam that they empowered the poor of the nation. Now whether its rebellious Kashamala Tariq or Amir Liaquat Hussain or loyal Chudhary Shujat or Pervaiz Elahi, all would try their best to take credit for this news. GEO Musharraf!

Three years of blogging:The other side.

Sunday, March 30th, 2008

Last year when Ghazala Khan of TPS mailed me a lengthy questionnaire for blogger interview series on her blog, I got surprised because I was not ready for something called “interview” because unlike most of bloggers who were interviewed by TPS, I didn’t consider myself a typical blogger neither I want any sort of fame in field of blogging. I am a computer engineer by profession and would be more than happy if I ever get fame in my own field. This is why I refused her and several other opportunities offered by my blogger friends and some news and media agencies like BBC etc who now take bloggers more seriously than a journalist.

Last month I completed three years of blogging which is not a short period at all, atleast for me because I was not expecting this journey would last so long but as it’s said, Baat Nikley gi tu phir dur talak jaye gi, the activity of blogging didn’t end at all and still it’s going on..not with same pace but still it’s in.

On such “holy” occasion , I decided to take my own interview. Yes I know what I wrote above but what I am going to write now is just for fun,”Yet another blog post by me” so it should be treated as another Tafreeh post rather some typical Interview. There are few reasons to make this post. First there are few things which I couldn’t say as blogger which I liked or despised in past few years since I didn’t have any clue or subject to talk about it. Second, just for sake of tafreeh and killing time since I got free after 2 long tiring months of work so just trying to amuse myself so read it for sake of fun rather for sake of criticism :D[yes you can criticize yaar!!]. I might steal few questions asked by Ghazala in her questionnaire or even may even make fun of it. So Ghazala! don’t get mad at me! :d. Read below the so called Interview in which Interviewer and Interviewee both are same person.

Interviewer: Assalam-O-Alaikum.

Me: Wasalam! kia haal hain beyta?

Interviewer: Ji? Beyta? Kindly Tameez se baat karain.

Me: wo tu Kabhi meyne apnay blogs per nahi ki. Interview leyne hay ya nahi?

Interviewer: Ji..Ji leyna hay.

Me: Then deal with it!

Interviewer: Tell me about yourself and blogging experience.

Me: Tell you what?

Interviewer: About your personal life and then about blogging journey?

Me: Sorry son but I don’t like to discuss my personal life on a public platform like blogsphere.

Interviewer:(Pissed)I mean about your professional career like what do you do and then how did you get into field of blogging?

Me: Ok fine. I am a computer engineer by profession which has become my passion and hobby too. I work as a senior consultant for a private company. I accidentally got into blogging world and I can quit it anytime if I want since blogging is not a serious activity for me as I have more other things to do than blogging.

Interviewer: what do you mean by non-serious activity?

Me: Yaar.. I have seen bloggers who take this blogging more important than other “Important” things. For them blogging is something which is larger than life. I have also seen a type of bloggers who blog just because they want some sort of fame and want to be visible in media by any mean and for that they can pretend to be whatever they want.

Interviewer: So you say you don’t write for same and attracting others?

Me: No.

Interviewer: But I have read your blog posts, you always tried to be some wannabe intellectual who always like to discuss on various topics of politics and religion no matter whether you are sharing something accurate and sensible or not.

Me: No it’s not like that. Let me elaborate it further. Generally my all blog posts lie in 3 categories; Politics,Religion and Tafreeh. I hardly write about IT on this blog because I have a separate blog for this purpose. Most of my posts are not typical journalists like articles which you usually read in newspapers or blogs. I can’t say about politics but for religious post, I definitely do it for sake of my own learning. There are many things which I have learnt thru blogging because when I share something which is in mind, I do make a bit research about background of that topic. In this way I automatically keep learning new things about religion. Other feature of such posts is that I criticize myself first before others so for Instance if I am making a post about Prayers, I would share my own weakness in it first as well indirectly address those who are suffering from that issue. Look writing about religion is in my interest ,it’s like something I want because it helps me to learn many things in a religion and I would definitely not miss this opportunity. Still, I repeat that I write for myself rather for others so when I feel I have to write or share something or there is something which I can only understand if I convert in words then I make such posts otherwise not.

Interviewer: We got distracted. Again, my question is how did you come in this field. What was the reason behind blogging?

Me: To be honest I had no intention to get into this blogging stuff. I can’t say like Mujhe Bachpan se Shoq thaa because there was no Internet in my childhood. You might be surprised after knowing the reason behind blogging which was none other than MSDN Blogs, blogs by Microsoft employees who share things related with development field. I really liked it because I also wanted to share things which I used to do in my day to day office work. Sharing code snippet, some IT related news etc etc.

Interviewer: Do you mean that it was IT factor which motivated you to start blogging?

Me: Absolutely.

Interviewer: But you write about politics and religion as If you have been in these stuff for long time?

Me: That’s a separate story but if you see my first few posts on my old blog , you will find out that I actually made IT related posts rather political and religious one. I just wanted to be another IT blogger who wanted to share technical things which he likes or despises. What actually happened that I didn’t like blogger’s architecture since I was too much used to be MSDN type blogs where posts could be made category wise. I abandoned posting on kadnan.blogspot.com and moved to weblogs.com.pk which is maintained by a Lahore based IT professional and using same blogging engine which is used by Microsoft bloggers so I started writing technical posts over there and still writing under the heading of Let’s get technical

Interviewer: So how did you get into “non-IT related issues” or say about “Religious” issues or topics?

Me: Say thanks to Mr.Bush. His so called war on terror made to return back to my religion. Let me explain. Discussing things online is not new for me and I have been doing this for 10 long years. I used to waste lots of my time on IRC during student life. At that time(in 1996), Internet was pretty new in Pakistan and most of guys didn’t have such facility. I got chance to use Internet at University and then back to home when I used stolen Paknet accounts on 14.4kbps Zoltrix Modems(Anyone remembers NUI thingie?). Someone in University told me about IRC thingie which I started using at home as well and as it was expected, I got addicted of it. Since Internet was expensive at that time so only few Pakistanis from Pakistan used to come online and there a good family type environment on Undernet #Pakistan, the channel which I used to join back in time. So discussing and arguing was not new for me. Again I was not used to discuss political or religious thing on IRC since I was never interested in them. We used to discuss poetry, some tafreeh that’s it. After 2003 Iraq war, I was very disturbed about the things been happening with Muslims. I started visiting political channels where non-Muslims used to say so much crap about Islam that I can’t even repeat them. I started debating with them. So many times I was banned by them because I started giving reference of Torah and Bible to Christians and Jews who had been throwing up against Islam. They used to ask many things about Islam which I didn’t know at all because I was yet another born ignorant Muslim who was a Muslim because he opened his eyes in a Muslim family that’s it! So when they used to quote 5th Verse of Surah Tauba out of context and used to label Islam a religion of terror, I had no clue what to answer. I knew with 1000% surety that they are lying because being a Muslim I have belief that Quran is 100% right. Similarly they used to call our Prophet(SAW) a pedophile(Godforbid) due to His(saw) marriage with Ayesha(RA) but then I had no background about the topic. Now my religion was at stake(which I used to think at that time), it was being attacked. I had taken panga with them due to my emotion and association of Islam but I had no weapon to combat their attacks. I had no choice left other than start reading Quran which I had never done in past(before 2003). I had already been given a book by my former employer who himself was given the book by someone who came from Makkah which was irrelevant for him. That book was like a catalyst to understand the relationship between Bible and Quran and what actually Bible is. I would recommend you guys to read this Book too! So automatically got into comparative religion stuff. One day I was browsing net for some Islam related topic when I discovered anti-Islamic website by Ali Sina called FaithFreedom, an Iranian Apostate who calls himself a secularist and write bullshit about Islam. It was said that He uses various aliases to write posts on that web site, my experience of debating things with non-Islamic elements on that site helped me to learn lots of things which I couldn’t learn anyway. Basically the site was about leaving Islam but thanks to Allah, the discussions, lots of discussions I did on that web site helped me to learn more and more about Islam and I am more than Glad to know that my Allah,Quran and Islam never embarrassed me and I always had answer(after long researches on Google) to refute their claim plus most of the time I prefer to deal things logically rather just quoting verses from Hadith books and Quran. If you notice my religious post, I quote verses only where it’s required otherwise I try to say things which I myself think about religion because I am not a pro that I just keep quoting verses but then it doesn’t mean I make attempt to say things against basic teachings. So a Big thanks to Ali Sina guy, because of him I came to know about science in Islam, Maths within Quran, how Allah made things logically and scientifically. Without visiting that website, I could not learn at all. What Greet wilders tried to tell in his movie “Fitna” is not newfor me as I had been dealing with such things for 3-4 years. The site is banned in Pakistan now but it was not back in 2004-5. So when I started blogging with “IT mind” and moved my technical blog to other domain, I decided to use my blogspot website for non-technical rants, that’s how “Welcome to Adnan’s crazy blogging world” came into being where I discuss religion and other things which I learnt(I think I have a bit) in past.

Interviewer: SO do you read other blogs?

Me: Kardi na Bachon wali baat? Bhai I do read others that’s why I started myself as well?

Interviewer: Ok Ok., so what kind of blogs do you read? Or.. what kind of blogs one can see in your RSS reader.

Me: All technical or IT related blogs.

Interviewer: You mean you’re not subscribed with any religious, political or even Pakistani blog?

Me: Nah. I didn’t consider it important but it doesn’t mean I don’t read on those topics. Thankfully my blogger friend Dr.Awab came up with a nice tool which I visit several times a day and read updated feeds in it. Since I deal with IT issues most of the time so naturally I read about them more plus there is no aggregator like one made by Awab where I can visit all of them on site so I had no choice other than get subscribed with them.

Interviewer: What kind of blogs do you despise?

Me: I don’t like personal blogs. Never liked to read them. It’s quite lame to share things which are not supposed to share in public. Now who the heck cares if some girl talked with her Bf on MSN about any lame topic and then sharing chat log? or who cares if some XYZ aunty said this or that which made someone else pissed? I even saw a blog entry by a Pakistani British girl who shared her menstruation experience on a post and she was explaining what happened with her garments. It was quite sick. Why on earth one would like to read such posts unless he or she’s fetish about it?. More pathetic is how a girl can share such things online? ..but then there is no shortage of crackpots in our world. I also don’t like much political blogs or poetry related blogs, maybe because I don’t get time to read poetry more.

Interviewer: You don’t like political blogs? You yourself right about political matters?

Me: Abay haan na… Jaan lo gey bachay ki kia? I write on politics for fun, doesn’t mean I like to discuss it all the time or try to be an analyst or news reporter.

Interviewer: Can blogging be used as a serious tool to create awareness in Pakistani society?

Me: Unfortunately we belong to a society where majority of awam is Jahil and rest of awam are those who are Parhey Likhey Jahil so no it can’t leave any good impact at all. Look Internet is available almost EVERY city of Pakistan, most of people have been misusing Internet by spending time in chatting. Chatting is not bad if it’s for good purpose but our society has been declining so rapidly that youth(and even aged freaks) are involved more online sexual activities than intellectual one. I myself have witnessed on Yahoo! Chat that girls are ready to take off their clothes on cam for sake of a Rs.300 card which was also mentioned by Amna at TPS as well and guys proudly call themselves Gay and ask others guys to come on cam for sexual activities. Now when there is such condition, how can you make them to realize that “aur bhe gham hain zamanay me Mohabbat k Siwa” and ask them to read online stuff? Other thing is that there is more English content in blogsphere than Urdu or other local language. Pakistanis are not used to of English and in order to leave impact of blogging on common Pakistanis, there is a dire need of promoting blogging in local languages and then Urdu so that it could leave some impact. There are few guys out there who have been doing this job but it’s still like a drop of water in an ocean and it can’t make much impact at all. Also I think that IT professionals would have to come up with tools which can help to reach out more and more common Pakistanis and I think online and Mobile media could play a great role in it. Mobile is most commonly used platform and most effective way to send your message to a common Pakistani. One can use or abuse it to improve or destroy fate of countrymen. I think local IT professionals could come up with some solution to cater this issue. The only instance of blogging influence I encountered was by Karachi Metroblog bloggers who played a vital role to collect money and streamline voluntarily work when Pakistan faced massive earthquake disaster in Oct 2005.

Interviewer: Which Pakistani blog or blogs do you like most?

Me: Almost everyone of them is good in his/her own capacity but I liked Omer Alivie’s rants a lot and the only reason was his ability to play words to describe something. I don’t agree with his religious views nor I like his usage of F* word types thingie in his rants but overall he’s superb. A blogging genius I must say.

Interviewer: Which post or posts of yours are in your “My Favorite List”? Now don’t say there is no one.

Me: Not Many. Just few which I actually enjoyed while writing. First of all I really enjoy posts in Cartoon series . I also enjoyed posts I made in category of Tafreeh which I made attempt to photoshop original images on different topics. if you talk about serious posts then following are posts which I enjoyed myself and were liked by others as well.

Interviewer: If I ask you, what you earn from this blogging experience, what would you reply?

Me: As I told you earlier that the whole blogging exercise is totally a learning experience for myself only. Whatever I wrote was for my own sake of learning. Apart from this, I found some good friends who often guide me on religious matters on and off the blog. I found very cool blogger friends who are very nice and kind when discussing things. Since they are many so can’t recall all of them. So a big “thanks” to all of them for considering me something. Last but not least, my blog commenters and specially silent readers who have been visiting me since beginning. Thankyou all. Oh yea, my friend would beat me up. Kumar Chetan, my Indian friend who belongs to same cult(IT) who also set this blog up. “No thanks” for Kumar!

Interviewer: What topics do you want to discuss in future or you think have left?

Me: Stay tuned! That’s what I can say right now. There are few topics which I didn’t pen yet and hopefully I will write on them in future Inshallah.

Interviewer: Which news/blog site do you visit most and Why?

Me: Slashdot for reading comments moderated Funny.

Interviewer: Anything beside blogging?

Me: Not much. Just job ,job and job. I have few things in my mind which I am not being able to implement it. One best thing I achieved after making Quran MSN tool that it was spread all over within 2 months and I was contacted by some good Muslim IT professionals(most of them were Pakistanis) who were desperate to serve Muslim Ummah by using their IT skills. Something which was surprising and fresh for me because we used to say all the time that our youth is ignorant about Islam but in reality they are not. Fortunately I found a senior IT professional in Karachi( can’t reveal his name because I am afraid he will not like this) who is ready to supervise professionals. I am also in touch with Baba Ali of Ummah Films who already has been doing awesome work by using media to create awareness about Islam. Hopefully something fruitful would come up in future.

Interviewer: Can you elaborate it more?

Me: Look nothing has been documented as yet. It’s just like dream of Iqbal which has not been fulfilled yet. In coming days I would contact my IT professional friends whom I know personally or got in touch via blog. I would definitely seek to work ONLY WITH THOSE who have passion to do something for Islam and Muslim world. Right now I am not even sure what to discuss. Inshallah I will make a post about this topic so that I can gather up such like minded people so that we can start working on something.

Interviewer: Any message for your readers?

Me: Uh,Who am I to say something to others? I am not some celebrity.

Interviewer: Still…

Me: Try to follow the Message given by Messenger(SAW). That’s it.

Interviewer: Thank you.

Me: Most welcome ji!.

—————————————————————————————x———————————x———————————————————————————

So this was all about my so called Interview. I was able to say things which I couldn’t say otherwise. Over all it was a fun for me.

Barelvis in action

Sunday, March 16th, 2008

We are heading to 12th Rabiulawwal and also heading towards ignorance. Since the day one of 1st Rabiul awwal , the so called moderate Barelvis have hijacked the area of Jamshed town officially. They have been busy to show and shower their love for Muhammad(SAW) on roads.

If you go from Gurumandir to Saddar area, you will find lots of buildings have been decorated with lights to celebrate “birthday” of our Holy Prophet(SAW). Despite of energy crisis in Pakistan, nazim of Jamshed town officially announced to misuse of power in the name of Muhammad(SAW) . They also have been playing Jhankar or I say Remix Naats on big loud speekers. The funniest thing is installment of Green Flags everywhere from Nazimabad Chowrangi to Lines area as if Muhammad(SAW) would come down on earth and route via those places(Godforbid). More on that they have installed a model of Ka’aba on main Numaish Chowrangi.

These things were not present 15-20 years back but these hari pagri wallas and barelvis didn’t want to stay behind from Shias and they decide to compete with them.

Irony is that same Barelvis call their opponents as terrorists and backward all the time because they don’t follow their glamourous version of Islam. They call them Jihadists and people who impose Islam forcefully. Now I ask all those educated retards that what would you call this when I go  home from office, I am forced to listen Jhankar Naats despite of I don’t want it? where is your lesson of moderation and tolerance? where is your lesson of being sensible while your own guys are being fanatic these days in the name of Islam.

Being a family member of a Barelvi family, I myself well aware what kind of crap is usually followed in Barelvi community. Hopefully in future I would be emphasizing more on Barelviat in future posts.

‘Islam reloaded’ in Turkey

Saturday, March 1st, 2008

Few days back my ancient IRC friend messaged me on MSN an Urdu link of BBC news with a message that “ye hota hay mardoun wala kaam aur khali dekh kar namaz parhna bari baat nahin” means ‘This is the thing which is done by men. Offering namaz by copying is not a big thing”. I laughed when I read his message after visiting the link. I don’t have Urdu version of that link but do have an English version. From BBC:

Turkey is preparing to publish a document that represents a revolutionary reinterpretation of Islam - and a controversial and radical modernisation of the religion.

I didn’t have to read the entire article to figure out what actually was being said, still I read it and it didn’t disappoint me. BBC says further:

The country’s powerful Department of Religious Affairs has commissioned a team of theologians at Ankara University to carry out a fundamental revision of the Hadith, the second most sacred text in Islam after the Koran

Before I add my words, allow me to add another piece:

But the Turkish state has come to see the Hadith as having an often negative influence on a society it is in a hurry to modernise, and believes it responsible for obscuring the original values of Islam.

Two things need to be noted. Negative influence on society and obscuring the original values of Islam.

Interesting thing is that the revision is being done in Turkey, the secular and so called modern state and Vatican of pseudo Muslim liberals and secularists around the world. Yeah same turkey who believes in freedom of speech of their own style. The “modern” Muslim secular state where people protest if First Lady of the country wears Hijab. tsk tsk.

So what do they mean by negativity here? Quite obvious! Jihad what else? Like non-Muslims, leftist with in my religion are also scared of Jihad. You will find them arguing about it on various Internet forums. Why non-Muslims are against Jihad that’s a separate topic. All I know that When Moses(AS) got into Middle east, His fellows a.k.a Jews refused to fight enemies and clearly told Moses(AS) that they would not participate and they didn’t! and Quran said something in which righteous Jews were challenged by Allah that if they were so pious then try to make a wish to sacrifice life for God. In short Jews and Christians always felt scared of giving their lives for Allah and when they tasted the spirit of Jihad during Crusades then they started propaganda against it. That propaganda has been renamed as Islamic Terrorism which they equate to Jihad because Jews and Christians are not ignorant like our leftist and more educated about Islam. They know quite well from their own sacred books that they could be only defeated by Muslims in final war and it’s only possible if Muslims follow their religion according to laws given by Allah rather by America and know the spirit of Jihad. So non-Muslims spread the ACTUAL NEGATIVITY in Muslim society by talking against Jihad so that Muslims get scared of it and surrender when they face them in war. The Jihad spirit was spread in more negative sense and got spiced up when ignorant right wingers suicide bombers started killing their own Muslim fellows. The leftist cult which has always been residue of any society as usual copied what they were taught by people of other religion(s) a.k.a right wingers of Christianity and Judaism and started preaching us about Modernism in Islam and tried to convince us that Islam needs to cope up with modern world . When I ask them what Obsolete things do they find in Islam, I find no satisfactory answer and they come up with most silliest excuses like keeping beard, doing Miswak etc. Those ignorant retards have no idea that Islam is such a religion which is easiest to follow and beneficial for others(not only for Muslims only!). Didn’t we all read in papers that how a Bishop in UK asked his government to apply some Shariah rules since they are way better for British society than their current rules?(That’s other thing it created a wave of fear among Christians that Islam would become part of their state). Our secularists are so ignorant that they believe that Islam is the religion which was applicable for the Saudi dessert only 1400 years ago and can’t cope up with modern world. If that was true then today many scientific things mentioned in Quran were not proved true later by Atheist scientists around the world and Bishop would not have demanded Shariah in UK. So what backward and awkward things do they find in Islam?

Back the statement given by my friend that is this “reinterpretation” is Mardou Wala Kaam. I laughed out loud when had read his statement. How seeking excuses of NOT following religion in its true shape is something which is courageous and act of a MAN?? I rather think that such step is rather a coward step since those people are afraid of following Islam in its true shape because they are not able to follow it thus willing to change it. As Iqbal had said something for righteous people of his time applies on liberals now:

Khud ko Badaltey Nahi Badal detey hain Quran

This is something which was done by Christians and Jews in their sacred books long time back and they lost the path and then Allah sent Quran and Muhammad(SAW) for all mankind. As it’s said in Urdu, Meetha Meetha Hap Hap Karwa Karwa Thoo. So if our leftist fellows are mentally impotent enough not to follow Islam in its true shape then it doesn’t mean they expose it infront of others by coming up with lame excuses. It’s their inability to cope up with Islam rather Islam is not capable to deal with things of all times. Allow me to share something personal.

Some of you might be aware that I am a computer engineer by profession and I write softwares. There was a time when I ran away from using Pointers in C++ and always tried my best to find alternative solution of my problem which most of time was not accurate and proper. I always used to speak against pointers among peers and always tried to give impression that pointers are useless while in reality pointers are more efficient way to deal with things which manipulate memory. Now If I am not able to understand it and don’t know how to use delete operator to fee up memory then it doesn’t mean pointers are bad. The problem was IN ME rather in pointers since I always tried to seek shortcuts. Same goes with so called Modern and intellectual illiterate Muslims, they hesitate to follow Islam in its true shape. They would run away from Prayers specially Fajr prayers and would give lame excuses for not offering prayers. The cult of hadith rejectors is one example of such silliness lie among so called Muslims.

I don’t know what kinda pathetic values are Original Islamic values for leftists, all I know Quran has already taught us about criteria of original values of Islam very clearly and nothing is between lines.

And obey Allah and the Messenger, that ye may obtain mercy(Quran 3:132)

In Surah Al-Mominoon, Allah explained what are the values of Islam which every MUSLIM should follow.(Quran 23:1-7)

1. Certainly will the believers have succeeded:
2. They who are during their prayer humbly submissive
3. And they who turn away from ill speech
4. And they who are observant of zakah
5. And they who guard their private parts
6. Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed -
7. But whoever seeks beyond that, then those are the transgressors

Do I need to say more?

A pakistani voter or Pakistan?

Tuesday, February 19th, 2008

This picture in today’s Jang which really touched me. This respected Amma had actually been waiting for her turn so that she could cast the vote. The situation is not different than Pakistan which have  been waitin for 60 years for its turn to see true prosperity, honesty, awareness of each others rights and democracy. She is trying to save herself from heat just like our Pakistan had been trying to save us from all kind of sorrows, hardships, humiliaty and slavery which have been tasted by nations who have still been struggling for their independence. My question is, how long this elder lady and many other respected elders in our country would keep struggling to save us from all kind of sorrows and crap? How long our elder and tired Pakistan would be able to save us from the heat of miseries? Do we need some external “dose” to realize that we have grown up now to save our elders, our aged and tired Pakistan? Has the time not come to give shelter to this old Amma? Has the time not come to support our aged country? You guys are sensible and wise. Figure out yourself!

Sunday, February 17th, 2008

It’s been two weeks that I didn’t get chance to write anything. I was in Islamabad on official trip which was hectic, tense and frustrating. My mother got ill too which she didn’t tell while I was Islamabad and I have been seriously planning to switch the job due to it’s relocation nature and would prefer to have one which doesn’t involve travelling a lot due to my family issue. So all these things didn’t allow me to thnk anything and write here therefore I am just sharing a touching article  by Ansar Abbasi which published in The News. Thanks Tariq bhai who shared this via Gtalk.

So called enlightened souls a.k.a Liberals/Secularists never mis a chance to amaze me(and others). The articles in The News is another example of liberal fascism. From The News.

“Sir if you don’t mind we are looking for some moderate faces,” was the first words of an organiser that pierced through our ears as soon as we sat on a sofa in the school’s office where the crew of a private television channel had arrived to interview parents of three short-listed students, including my child, for some sort of show/competition in Karachi.

eh,Moderate faces? this is the term which sounds more funny than weired.  So I am a moderate face because I am a clean shaved person? I don’t shave daily, does it mean the other day I start aproaching towards conservatism? What kind of these(liberals/seculars) morons are? As I always say that leftist cult MUST GETRID OF filth among their own community first than preach others(the right wingers) so that one could take these whiners seriously.

“Don’t abuse our Ataturk otherwise..”-Secular style of freedom of expression

Tuesday, January 29th, 2008

A liberal became a victim of Secularism. From BBC:

A Turkish court has handed down a 15-month suspended jail term to an academic found guilty of insulting the state’s founder, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk.

Professor Atilla had offended Turkishness a.ka Secularism by saying that early Turkish republic was not as progessive as it’s potrayed in textbooks. The statement was not tolerated by champions of freedom that is seculars & liberal govt and order to punish the professor to offend Ataturk’s vision.

Seculars and liberals always make lame attempts to prove themselves progressive, tolerant, modern and lover of freedom of expression. Seculars also don’t waste a minute to condemn their oponents i.e: those who follow religon and label them as extremist, fundamentalist or Mullah. Seculars also criticize their oponents as backward since they can’t face the criticism at all. Our made in Pakistan seculars even didn’t hesitate to label Jinnah as a secularist.

The professor further says:

I want to emphasise again and again that Turkey’s most pressing problem is freedom of expression

huh? no freedom in a SECULAR state? is he kidding?is it not true that seculars’ basic agenda to promote their relgion is Freedom of exrpression which they think was not provided by ANY religion thus promote seperation of church and state? Turkey is considered Vatican for Seculars and Liberals and they always sing praises of Turkey and always presented as ideal state where secularism is ACTUALLY implemented. So what if such things happen in Turkey and are not accepted by secularists. Hey! they still love freedom of expresion(about things which they despise) so if our in-house lefist can’t accept criticism then it should be ignored. itna chalta hay :-)

Such news have always proved my point that lefts who always promoted themselves champion of women rights, religions lovers and champion of freedom of expression are not less pathetic, moronic and fascist than those right wing guys who don’t like to listen oponents’ point of view. Pakistan needs to getrid of both kind of filth.

So my humble advice and request to all left-wingers(Seculars,Liberals,Humanist etc etc) here and there to first getrid of their own leftist fascist and extremist then come forward and criticize others to prove themselves a bit credible otherwise it’s darn funny and stupid to oppose something which they themselves promote one way or another.
