Mr.Niaz.A.Naik who is considered the pioneer of “Track 2″ diplomacy between India and Pakistan, was found dead in his house. Mr. Naik has played an important role to decrease the tension between two countries. Even during Kargil war when two countries had discontinued all form of communication, Mr.Naik was still in touch with Mr.Mishra of India.
