Yeah, Balochistan as a separate land is quite disturbing, but we are talking about 2020 right ? and to which state does this Dawn newspaper belongs to ? perhaps to the future state of ‘Army Land’ led by Mr. Ashfaq.
Dawn would be proudly proclaiming to be the pioneer English language newspaper being published ‘internationally’ from Baluch Land, Army Land, Bhuttoistan, PunjabAbad, Karachi, Talibanistan and Kashmir.
If I survive the suicide bombers or American onslaught, I would surely look forward to celebrate the anniversary of A.Z and Sharifs.

The best thing that could happen in 2020, perhaps, is the Seminar on the 9th anniversary of the death of Sharif Brothers and Zardari (I only wish it had happened earlier so we would have had longer to meditate on the likely causes). Meantime, no news on Musharraf? He must have also paid the price of giving general amnesty to these crooks - what else would he expect but to be bitten by the snakes when he lived in the pit.

I guess in that case you will have to change Meera’s 20th birthday. Or should I say 25th 20th birthday…
