It is just like islamic law, just as in Saudi Arabia, quick decisions, instant punishment and like this Justice is served. Though it is too harsh to punish shop keepers as they are also bread eearners however people incharge of affairs may have to stand in hotwaters soon!! As rescently shoe batting of ministers of previous government in Pakistan. indeed if justice is not available in court,or justice is delayed or police is not vigilant then it is law of the people which takes control.
