Youtube banned in Pakistan
I just opened my laptop and logged on Gtalk. I found various mails by friends who gave me a bad news that Youtube has been banned in Pakistan. I had not believed it because I was able to access it since 3.00 PM but just tried again and found out that it has been banned. Following is the result of ping to both youtube.com and uk.youtube.com:

Shakeel helped me to find out that blockage is at PIE level which I found out by executing tracert utility.

I exactly don’t know what’s the actual reason but yaar log says that there were some videos published on Youtube which were singing praises of free and fair election in Pakistan.

open publishing of the videos of still photographs of Holly Prophet Muhammad(SAW) is really a valid reason of banning the website
But
no way the reason could be about pk politics
because if it would be the pk politics, then the youtube must have been banned almost a year ago

This video has been removed due to terms of use violation.
This is the msg by youtube for the movie due to which youtube is block in Pakistan.

youtube is banned in pakistan bcoz there were some videos of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) cartoon issue and things like that

dude its simply coz of the reason that ppl published rigging videos on the site to which they have full right to do so !!!!!!!!!!! come on PTA u gotta face the truth sooner or later by making politicians say “no the elections were clean” it doesnt work that way we all know politics is a dirty game and lyin for our politicians is not something which is new,publishing of the pics is just a lame cover up to flare up muslims

I am a Pakistani user and have seen that YouTube.com has been banned in Pakistan.If you prefer my website http://www.embedproxies.com then they could easily access to the vedios at YouTube.com by submitting the url and surfing them anonymously.
