Bhutto’s assassination: Who are beneficiaries?

As I was expecting, Pakistani government didn’t disappoint me and just after 24+ hours they announced that assassination of Benazir was performed by whom? yeah by very famous Al-qaeda or talibans. Musharraf when made a public condolence on 27th December night on Benazir’s death and blamed terrorists to do this task, I had figure out that so called government’s investigation team is going to hide real criminals of this case and putting blame on someone else. This doesn’t mean I consider Alqaeda guys saints but govt should not believe that NOT everyone is so naive and dumb that buys whatever govt put forward to justify any act.

As expected(by me), our very own Adil Najam seconds what govt says despite of it’s not being believed by PPP itself. Adil writes about beneficiaries of BB’s death in New York Daily Times:

The only people who could possibly be smiling today are the terrorists who did this. All indications suggest that this is the handiwork of religious extremists who had been threatening such a reprisal and had made a first attempt at Bhutto’s life just a few months back.

Being an old memeber of his own blog and very much aware about his mindset, I was not surprised at all after read his op-ed. As I said somewhere else that blaming Al-qaeda sounds sweet for years but it doesn’t lead to truth.

As I replied in a moderated comment(so far) on his blog about ACTUAL beneficiaries of Benazir’s murder, I listed down few elements which would be feeling very satisfactory after elimination of B.B from Pakistani politics.

1)Musharaf: He was already under pressure and was forced to shake hands with BB which he never wanted. Also Mush knew that presence of Bhutto and her influence which we all witnessed in Karachi on 18th was scary for him since it was sure that Bhutto was not going to re-elect him anyway since Bhutto already experienced Leghari in her past era. While there is no more Bhutto, there is no need of any kind of deal anymore to stay in power plus Musharraf also successfully removed the trump card of US which could play main role in future Pakistani politics.

2)Chudharies: Pretty clear. PPP was the only threat for them. I remember what onc Shujat said in Hamir Mir’s “capital talk” that he could do anything which could HARM benazir and PPP so recent incident is severe shock for PPP.

3)Nawaz Sharif: Benazir and Sharif were rivals so naturally Sharif is quite satisfied now since He also knows that PML-Q is alive due to Musharraf and sooner or later He will be in power with great majority.

4)MQM: MQM always blamed PPP for mid 90s crisis. Also, MQM now contesting outside of Karachi as well including Sind therefore absence of Benazir would naturally benefit them to take more seats in SInd and make alliance with PML-Q and rule again.

5)Fazlur-Rahman: Must be dreaming for future P.M

Benazir Bhutto already blamed Musharraf when she was targeted first time back on 18th October which was not only denied by Benazir and her party but Mehsood as well who said his guys have no interest in killing of Bhutto. Benazir had written a letter to Musharraf after 1st attempt on 18th October in which she mentioned four names who are willing to take her life which includes Chudhary Parvaiz Elahi, Hamid Gul, former ISI chief, Ijaz Shah, head of IB and agencies. In a recent interview on NPR, marc segal, Benazir’s lobbiyst claimed that B.B sent her a message in which she asked him to reveal 5th name(suspecter murderer) if she’s killed and that name was none other than Musharraf.

In the light of all these developments and facts, I personally find no concrete advantage Al-qaeda could gain since they don’t do politics in Pakistan. Also, one should not forget that it’s MUSHARRAF who is in war with talibans and Alqaeda at the moment NOT Benazir so naturally Mehsood & Co must be more busy to assassinate Musharraf than Benazir who was not in power. Even if it was done by Mehsood & CO then it’s quite clear those militants were used by any or one of beneficiaries mentioned above so I don’t buy any lame theory given by Govt to hide the sins.

Yes if one prefers to live in fools’ paradise then could happily follow what’s being said by Govt or in media. Who cares?*shrug*

Mush is only one to gain out of all this.. Musharraf had been tagged as used ammunition by policy makers in west and they in west were eagerly waiting to work with benazir.. so naturally Mush was concerned about bb’s elevation to power while he was being treated as used tissue paper and as american love doing , he would have been discarded shortly after bb had settled in power and Mush no more needed. but if Mush thinks that benazir’s exit from the scene will again make him america’s sweetheart then he is mistaken..

Some extreme religious factions in Pakistan might have done this. Musharaf will not do so as he has to face many consequences if he found guilty. (benny from India)

IN Pakistan a murderer is hardly found guilty specially if he’s a political figure or belongs to Army.

“For how long the bogey of Al Qaeda will continue and why the real intentions of those who project the threat of Al Qaeda and Islamic extremism are exposed? Till the time, there are people at the helm of affairs in Washington and other western capitals who believe in creating monsters in order to augment threat perception of their own people, there is little likelihood of replacing the threat of Al Qaeda with dealing with issues which cause real insecurity among the people of the world. The threat of Al Qaeda will be kept alive because of the vested interests of who have created this bogey. Perhaps, once Al Qaeda phases out, some other threat will be conceived which will serve the interests of the United States and the West for another generation.” (The writer teaches at the department of international relations, University of Karachi. amoonis@hotmail.com) 29/12/07 Dawn

  8. another speculator Says:

The blogger has listed 5 ‘ACTUAL’ beneficiaries from BB’s death. Why not take our filters off and take it to the next level and list all beneficiaries. Adding to the list, in no particular order:

    6. Rich Businessmen of Pakistan. They must be dreading that they will have to pay 10% again if BB come into power again, especially with all previous cases ‘pardoned’ as if she has freshly returned from Hajj. It is easy to ‘pay’ a free agents to eliminate her.
    7. Poor lower and middle class individuals – for politicians and feudal leaders have given them nothing but more misery in last 60 years. Though it is amazing the great amnesia our masses suffer with and forget al the sins of their ‘lords’.
    8. US Presidential candidates: for they now have something else to go after in debates
    9. Bush, to re-enforce that war against terrorism is real and there is a real axis of evil based in Muslim countries and is a threats to US and it’s prescribed way of living. Death of the icon of ‘moderates’ by the hands of ‘extremists’ is a great re-enforcement that Bush’s agenda is right and all the actions in Iraq and Afghanistan needs to continue and possibly expanded. A few million lives lost in these wars is a small price to pay, especially if these are not of our people. This also goes in favor of its ally Musharraf, who receive $10b in military aid that is not 100% accounted for.
    10. US policy makers , as another war may become necessary to rescue US economy that is potentially at the verge of another recession
    11. Other leaders of PPP. After all, Bhutto family has been reigning the PPP and there has been no other family getting to the top spot
    12. Asif Zardari. He is a ‘Zar’-dari, money comes above women in Feudal thoughts. Though this one could be equated to killing the hen that laid golden eggs ($1.2b in 10 years in late 80s & mid 90s! awesome). He has other wives to go to. Also life Insurance has been a great reason after all in many spouse killings. Other potential benefits could be party leadership, etc. Political murders within families are very much possible.
    13. Bilawal Zardari – for Party leadership - after all I am a male feudal adult in late teens and am ready to replace BB.
    14. Fatima Bhutto – it is time for the true Bhutto descendant to take over the reigns of Bhutto’s party
    15. UBL – for to show that he is alive and kicking. Benazir in a recent interview to Western media claimed that Osama was ‘murdered’ by Omer Sheikh. Check the interview video on www.Disclose.tv and youtube
    16. Followers of Lal masjid, as they would believe Benazir was a ‘infidel’ due to her ‘open mindedness’ in the earlier life
    17. Sunnis, for BB was a shia; Or shias, for BB never helped their cause either when she was in power
    18. Political leaders from other provinces – who would want the next leader to be from their own province, cast and creed
    19. Mazar going mureeds – they needed another mazar to pray at;
    20. India or Israel; as if they worry that BB will bring progress and stability to Pakistan (and they care about it)
    21. Media – it is a great tragic story; lots of violence to report; and lots of eyes glued to the tv; newspaper;
    22. Poets and literates – to write about the death of a ‘great leader’ (or an evil feudal) and the misery of moral demise of an even greater nation.

And the list of beneficiaries continues…

  9. amar Says:

Lets consider some facts on Ms. Bhutto and her husband, currently $1.4 billion US have been seized since 1999, where did this money come from? obviously pakistan, where else!! who had to gain from her death, well Mushy did not have to gain anything apart from Lose… why? because the sympthy would go with PPP true or false, so why would Mr. Mush do that.

lets think who has gained from her death, her Son, whose studying at oxford, nope his lost a mother.

Al-Qaeda? well the’ve denied it, now lets look at this, normally terrorists will accept this gracefully, why are they denying it, well lets see, whoever has killed MS. BB, is pakistans enemy number 1, true.. so if al-qaeda admit they suddenly become enemy number 1, which they can’t have as they need the support of the passionate people of pakistan, leave it to your judgment.. now lets look further…

Mr. zardari… now this gets interesting, ms bhutto left a will surprisingly, where she instructed her husband to be chairman of the PPP if she died ( now this is the same man who is alleged to have been behind the shooting of the brother of MS. BB, Mr. Murtaza Bhutto), now after serving 8 years in Prison on corruption charges, you suddenly have been handed the chairmanship of PPP, but hold on, pakistan people are not that stupid but passionate… so i’ll hand it over to my son as no one is going to give my PPP party a vote due to my history, at least my son is a half bhutto and this can play on the sentiments of the pakistan people, and even though PPP decide to have a 40 day bereavement period, Mr. Zardari is still prepared to go to elections, obviously the sympathy lies with the Zardari kids(BB Kids)… see the picture now…

But lets look at the PPP supporters or thugs who have caused this country to a standstill… damage and looting for no reason… what they couldn’t just burn tyres or throw stones in the middle of the roads, they had to resort to robbing banks, are these the people you want your country to be run by? who blow innocent peoples petrol stations, cars, railways, force familys to lock themselves in their houses, kids and elders starve because going out would mean loss of life… It took PPP leaders 3 days to tell their supporters to calm down and make peaceful demonstrations, come on people wake up and smell the coffee this is Pakistani politics, the rich get richer the poor get poorer…

Pakistan in the last 6 years, 2001- 2007 early, had been going towards the right direction, there was an increase in foreign investments, by pakistani’s abroad who were scared to go back, prior 2001, while the BB’s and Shariffs were thinking about their own pockets and their own kids future, and not the kids of the future generation’s of pakistan to come.

Mr. Mush is not going to live forever, nor is Mr. zardari, Nor the sharriffs, so people pray that pakistan comes out of this turmoil in one piece, pakistan was born before Ms Bhutto, and will live long after her, inshalla.

  10. freezela Says:

kadnan the US to me are the biggest beneficiaries here and mushy. George bush has hit the lowest ever in the public opinion polls of late and he is scared that if he doe not maintain his public perception of the threatr of terroe he’ll have alot to answer for. for starters their unjustifeid attacks on afghanistan and iraq. theyu said thats were al qeada is hiding but up to now they have not been found. they said iraq had waepons of mass distrauction, weapons which they themselves have. un to now these have not been found. they knew bhoto was not going to be their puppet like mush is. they knew letting her be put to power will kill their lie of the existenece of osama bin laden. they knwe they would pay dearkly for their mistakes and lies. they knew they had to shut her up for good. if it was soeasy for them to hear in on two extremists congradulating each other on the attack on a telephonic conversation which by the way i find very higly unlikely to be true, how is it that they were not able to hear ion on their plan.

if thse extremist were so clever or if al qaeda is as clever as they potray them to even be able to evade the US all this time would they be that stupid to make a telephonic conversation and congradulate themselves over a murder like that? i don’t think so.

mushy wants power and Bush wants to keep his public believeing that there is a terror threat out their to save him self fromm any inquests. for starters i thought the US did not like dictators. how come the like mushy? is this not why the killed Sadam? there is something very sisnister here.

as for her husband i don’t know much about him
maybe the sunnis would have some interests too.

but all my suspicious eyes point to musharaf and Bush.

  11. HITMAN Says:

U forgot to mention Asif Zardari, He benefits a lot from her death. BTW how on earth can Benazir nominate him in her will as the chairman???? In her life time, he tried her best to Keep Zardar @ Bay from PPP as he caused so much damage to her & PPP by his corruption. So the will is flawed & Zardari should be encircled for investigation.

Anglo-American Ambitions behind the Assassination of Benazir Bhutto and the Destabilization of Pakistan

    By Larry Chin

12/29/07 “Global Research” — – It has been known for months that the Bush-Cheney administration and its allies have been maneuvering to strengthen their political control over Pakistan, paving the way for the expansion and deepening of the “war on terrorism” across the region. The assassination of Benazir Bhutto does not change this agenda. In fact, it simplifies Bush-Cheney’s options.

    Seeding chaos with a pretext

“Delivering democracy to the Muslim world” has been the Orwellian rhetoric used to mask Bush-Cheney’s application of pressure and force, its dramatic attempt at reshaping of the Pakistani government (into a joint Bhutto/Sharif-Musharraf) coalition, and backdoor plans for a military intervention. Various American destabilization plans, known for months by officials and analysts, proposed the toppling of Pakistan’s military.

The assassination of Bhutto appears to have been anticipated. There were even reports of “chatter” among US officials about the possible assassinations of either Pervez Musharraf or Benazir Bhutto, well before the actual attempts took place.

As succinctly summarized in Jeremy Page’s article, “Who Killed Benazir Bhutto? The Main Suspects”, the main suspects are

    1) “Pakistani and foreign Islamist militants who saw her as a heretic and an American stooge”, and

    2) the Inter-Services Intelligence, or ISI, a virtual branch of the CIA. Bhutto’s husband Asif Ali Zardari directly accused the ISI of being involved in the October attack.

The assassination of Bhutto has predictably been blamed on “Al-Qaeda”, without mention of fact that Al-Qaeda itself is an Anglo-American military-intelligence operation.

Page’s piece was one of the first to name the man who has now been tagged as the main suspect: Baitullah Mehsud, a purported Taliban militant fighting the Pakistani army out of Waziristan. Conflicting reports link Mehsud to “Al-Qaeda”, the Afghan Taliban, and Mullah Omar (also see here). Other analysis links him to the terrorist A.Q. Khan.

Mehsud’s profile, and the reporting of it, echoes the propaganda treatment of all post-9/11 “terrorists”. This in turn raises familiar questions about Anglo-American intelligence agency propaganda involvement. Is Mehsud connected to the ISI or the CIA? What did the ISI and the CIA know about Mehsud? More importantly, does Mehsud, or the manipulation of the propaganda surrounding him provide Bush-Cheney with a pretext for future aggression in the region?

    Classic “war on terrorism” propaganda

While details on the Bhutto assassination continue to unfold, what is clear is that it was a political hit, along the lines of US agent Rafik Harriri in Lebanon. Like the highly suspicious Harriri hit, the Bhutto assassination has been depicted by corporate media as the martyring of a great messenger of western-style “democracy”. Meanwhile, the US government’s ruthless actions behind the scenes have received scant attention.

The December 28, 2007 New York Times coverage of the Bhutto assassination offers the perfect example of mainstream Orwellian media distortion that hides the truth about Bush/Cheney agenda behind blatant propaganda smoke. This piece echoes White House rhetoric proclaiming that Bush’s main objectives are to “bring democracy to the Muslim world” and “force out Islamist militants”.

In fact, the openly criminal Bush-Cheney administration has only supported and promoted the antithesis of democracy: chaos, fascism, and the installation of Anglo-American-friendly puppet regimes.

In fact, the central and consistent geostrategy of Bush-Cheney, and their elite counterparts around the world, is the continued imposition and expansion of the manufactured “war on terrorism”; the continuation of war across the Eurasian subcontinent, with events triggered by false flag operations and manufactured pretexts.

In fact, the main tools used in the “war on terrorism” remain Islamist militants, working on behalf of Anglo-American military intelligence agencies—among them, “Al-Qaeda”, and Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence, the ISI. Mehsud fits this the same profile.

Saving Bush-Cheney’s Pakistan In an amusing quote from the same New York Times piece, Wendy Chamberlain, former US ambassador to Pakistan (and a central figure behind multinational efforts to build a trans-Afghan pipeline, connected to 9/11), proudly states: “We are a player in the Pakistani political system”.

Not only has the US continued to be a “player”, but one of its top managers for decades.

Each successive Pakistani leader since the early 1990s—Bhutto, Sharif and Musharraf—have bowed to Western interests. The ISI is a virtual branch of the CIA.

While Musharraf has been, and remains, a strongman for Bush-Cheney, questions about his “reliability”, and control—both his regime’s control over the populace and growing popular unrest, and elite control over his regime—have driven Bush-Cheney attempts to force a clumsy (pro-US, Iraq-style) power-sharing government. As noted by Robert Scheer, Bush-Cheney has been playing “Russian roulette” with Musharraf, Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif—each of whom have been deeply corrupt, willing fronts for the US.

The return of both Bhutto and the other former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has merely been an attempt by the US to hedge its regional power bets.

What exactly were John Negroponte and Condoleeza Rice really setting up the past few months?

Who benefits from Bhutto’s murder? The “war on terrorism” geostrategy and propaganda milieu, the blueprint that has been used by elite interests since 9/11 to impose a continuing world war, is the clear beneficiary of the Bhutto assassination. Bush/Cheney and their equally complicit pro-war/pro-occupation counterparts in the Democratic Party enthusiastically support the routine use of “terror” pretexts to impose continued war policies.

True to form, fear, “terrorism”, “security” and military force, are once again, the focuses of Washington political rhetoric, and the around-the-clock media barrage.

The 2008 US presidential candidates and their elite campaign advisers, all but a few of whom enthusiastically support the “war on terrorism”, have taken turns pushing their respective versions of “we must stop the terrorists” rhetoric for brain-addled supporters. The candidates whose polls have slipped, led by 9/11 participant and opportunist Rudy Guiliani, and hawkish neoliberal Hillary Clinton, have already benefited from a new round of mass fear.

Musharraf benefits from the removal of a bitter rival, but now must find a way to re-establish order. Musharraf now has an ideal justification to crack down on “terrorists” and impose full martial law, with Bush-Cheney working from the shadows behind Musharraf—and continuing to manipulate or remove his apparatus, if Musharraf proves too unreliable or broken to suit Anglo-American plans.

The likely involvement of the ISI behind the Bhutto hit cannot be overstated. ISI’s role behind every major act of “terrorism” since 9/11 remains the central unspoken truth behind current geopolitical realities. Bhutto, but not Sharif or Musharraf would have threatened the ISI’s agendas.

Bhutto, militant Islam, and the pipelines Now that she has been martyred, many unflattering historical facts about Benazir Bhutto will be hidden or forgotten.

Bhutto herself was intimately involved in the creation of the very “terror” milieu purportedly responsible for her assassination. Across her political career, she supported militant Islamists, the Taliban, the ISI, and the ambitions of Western governments.

As noted by Michel Chossudovsky in America’s “War on Terrorism”, it was during Bhutto’s second term that Jamiat-ul-Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) and the Taliban rose to prominence, welcomed into Bhutto’s coalition government. It was at that point that ties between the JUI, the Army and the ISI were established.

While Bhutto’s relationship with both the ISI and the Taliban were marked by turmoil, it is clear that Bhutto, when in power, supported both—and enthusiastically supported Anglo-American interventions.

In his two landmark books, Taliban: Militant Islam, Oil and Fundamentalism in Central Asia and Jihad: The Rise of Militant Islam in Central Asia, Ahmed Rashid richly details the Bhutto regime’s connections to the ISI, the Taliban, “militant Islam”, multinational oil interests, and Anglo-American officials and intelligence proxies.

    In Jihad, Rashid wrote:

“Ironically it was not the ISI but Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto, the most liberal, secular leader in Pakistan’s recent history, who delivered the coup de grace to a new relationship with Central Asia. Rather than support a wider peace process in Afghanistan that would have opened up a wider peace process in Afghanistan, Bhutto backed the Taliban, in a rash and presumptuous policy to create a new western-oriented trade and pipeline route from Turkmenistan through southern Afghanistan to Pakistan, from which the Taliban would provide security. The ISI soon supported this policy because its Afghan protégé Gulbuddin Hekmatyar had made no headway in capturing Kabul, and the Taliban appeared to be strong enough to do so.”

In Taliban, Rashid provided even more historical detail:

“When Bhutto was elected as Prime Minister in 1993, she was keen to open a route to Central Asia. A new proposal emerged backed strongly by the frustrated Pakistani transport and smuggling mafia, the JUI and Pashtun military and political officials.”

“The Bhutto government fully backed the Taliban, but the ISI remained skeptical of their abilities, convinced that they would remain a useful but peripheral force in the south.”

“The US congress had authorized a covert $20 million budget for the CIA to destabilize Iran, and Tehran accused Washington of funneling some of these funds to the Taliban—a charge that was always denied by Washington . Bhutto sent several emissaries to Washington to urge the US to intervene more publicly on the side of Pakistan and the Taliban.”

Bhutto’s one mistake: she vehemently supported the pipeline proposed by Argentinean oil company Bridas, and opposed the pipeline by Unocal (favored by the US). This contributed to her ouster in 1996, and the return of Nawaz Sharif to power. As noted by Rashid:

“After the dismissal of the Bhutto government in 1996, the newly elected Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, his oil minister Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan, the army and the ISI fully backed Unocal. Pakistan wanted more direct US support for the Taliban and urged Unocal to start construction quickly in order to legitimize the Taliban. Basically the USA and Unocal accepted the ISI’s analysis and aims—that a Taliban victory in Afghanistan would make Unocal’s job much easier and quicken US recognition.”

Her appealing and glamorous pro-Western image notwithstanding, Bhutto’s true record is one of corruption and accommodation.

The “war on terrorism” resparked Every major Anglo-American geostrategic crime has been preceded by a convenient pretext, orchestrated and carried out by “terror” proxies directly or indirectly connected to US military-intelligence, or manipulated into performing as intelligence assets. The assassination of Benazir Bhutto is simply one more brutal example.

This was Pakistan’s 9/11; Pakistan’s JFK assassination, and its impact will resonate for years.

Contrary to mainstream corporate news reporting, chaos benefits Bush-Cheney’s “war on terrorism”. Calls for “increased worldwide security” will pave the way for a muscular US reaction, US-led force and other forms of “crack down” from Bush-Cheney across the region. In other words, the assassination helps ensure that the US will not only never leave, but also increase its presence.

The Pakistani election, if it takes place at all, is a simpler two-way choice: pro-US Musharraf or pro-US Sharif.

While the success of Bush-Cheney’s 9/11 agenda has met with mixed results, and it has met with a wide array of resistance (“terroristic” as well as political), there is no doubt that the propaganda foundation of the “war on terrorism” has remained firm, unshaken and routinely reinforced.

As for Nawaz Sharif, who now emerges as the sole competitor for Musharraf, he, like Musharraf and Bhutto, is legendary for his accommodation to Anglo-American interests—pipelines, trade, and the continued US military presence. As Jean-Charles Brisard and Guillaume Dasquie noted in the book Forbidden Truth, the October 1999 military coup led by Musharraf that originally toppled Sharif’s regime was sparked by animosity between the two camps, as well as “Sharif’s personal corruption and political megalomania”, and “concerns that Sharif was dancing too eagerly to Washington’s tune on Kashmir and Afghanistan”.

In other words, Bush-Cheney wins, no matter which asset winds up on the throne.

BB’s death is the best thing that could of happened for the Pakistani people. This is one less corrupt politician to again run for office. All these corrupt politicians running for election….. is this the best that Pakistan has to offer its people? No wonder the Taliban and Al Qiada are running around free. To suggest that Musharrif was behind BB’s murder is absurd. It was he who led her back into Pakistan in the first place. He didn’t have to do that. Remember, she fled and deserted who own people rather that face the corruption charges. She only came back because of the deal that she made with Musharrif that the Pakistani Government would not open investigations into her previous administrations.

Regardless of the differences of opinion & view on politics it is extremely shocking & sad to see BB assassinated, May Allah SWT forgive her and bless her with high abode in Jannah.
The following link reflects only on one single segment of BB & Asif Zardari’s achievements (as reported by a British Newspaper) among many others yet to be accounted for, resolved & concluded.

This certainly amounts to what is known as ‘perjury’ in the legal terms

@Admin May God keep us safe from evil-Ameen.
True dear admin, it is a matter of serious concern as to where all this is leading Pakistan and Pakistanis, during the 3 days of funeral & proceedings and as evident from Asif Zardari’s statement, several people there in Gharhi Khuda Bux raised slogans against the existence of Pakistan, that itself is a very deplorable act of treason.
It is also quite evident that most of the attacks during the violence by the party people & supporters were inflicted upon the people of Karachi while numerous people were also killed as a result of their anti social and terrorist actions.
May Allah SWT protect our homeland from fitnah of insiders and outsiders, specially those who cannot see Pakistan on the path to prosperity and development, ameen.

@AmEagle, No dear brother/sister, as a muslim we should not condone the killing of anyone regardless of how & what that individual was. Giving & taking life is an act reserved for Allah SWT and the powers are not passed to humans. Yes we hold our differences and cannot forget what the govt. under her rule twice did to our homeland.
I am sure that you made such a statement charged by emotions that are overcome by the corrupt practices under her rule.

The only country that will benefit is India, destabilizing Pakistan is India’s dream and these hindus has never accepted Pakistan exsistense right from the first day. I wonder why our so called leaders don’t blame India for the terrorist activities in Pakistan? Even if a bird dies in India, they blame Pakistan for that! What has this ‘confidence building measures’ given us? where have we benefited? why Pakistani leaders are vision less? why???

I need not add anything, read it all by the news makers.

Is this what the future leadership of Pakistan will look like??

  24. Adil Says:

I am surprised that how could you not mention Zardari as the main suspect. I think he is in a win win situation after his wife’s murder.
