Shariah which we don’t know
It’s fashion these days to talk against Islamic Shariah or Shariah and prove yourself a learned and enligthened soul no matter whether one even knows “ABC” of Shariah or not. Following article appeared in today’s Jang. This is about Caliph Omar(RA) and Judiciary.

When Blair was questioned by Police, it was apprecited by us by declaring West as a civilized nation where judiciary is respected by everyone including serving PM. We also then criticized Muslims or Mullahs that they screwed us up by keep pushing us to follow backward and obselete Shariah otherwise Western laws are more modern and applicable in today’s world. Such ignorants don’t know that what Blair did now was done long time back by more powerful and dominant Muslim ruler Caliph Omar(RA) in His tenure.
How cruel and stupid we are. At one side we don’t make efforts to read our history while on other hand we argue about something which never learnt seriously at all.

Shariah Rejecters’ Claims
To accept one and reject the other source on the basis of reliability also defies reason, unless we received the Qur’an directly from Allah. But we have received both Qur’an and Hadith through the same channels. Same people transmitted this as the Word of Allah, that as the word of the Prophet (SAW). Even the verse claiming that Qur’an will be protected came to us through the same people. Through what logic can anyone declare that the channels are reliable for Qur’an and unreliable for Hadith? On the contrary the Quranic promise of protection must apply to Hadith as well for there is no point in protecting the words but not the meanings of the Qur’an.
To say that Allah promised to protect only Qur’an but not Islam is being as ridiculous as one can get.
Also there are other ahadith which clearly demonstrate a scientific fact beyond the knowledge of the times. For example the hadith about solar eclipse: “The sun and moon are two signs of Allah. They are not eclipsed on account of anyone’s death or on account of anyone’s birth.” (Muslim, hadith #1966]. The eclipse had coincided with the death of Prophet’s son. A false prophet would have tried to exploit the occasion. A fabricated hadith would require scientific knowledge that did not exist then.
The munkareen-e-hadith thinks that their beliefs are built on solid rock. Well, it is as solid as wax: The religion based on this idea can be fitted into any mold. For some hadith rejecters that was the motivation. For everyone, that is the inevitable result. But the good news is that their arguments are the same way. On the surface they appear to be solid. But faced with the light of truth, they melt away like wax.

Postman, the topic is same for the entire post. At the end, blogger compares the current PMs for the implementation of laws and islamic laws.
GB has some of the laws made by Umar(RA) and they have been implemented. We have every thing on paper which is also eing erased to keep the govt. intact.

Anti-Shariah believes the hadiths of the Prophet of Islam were not revealed by Allah hence they could be dismissed. This trend is spreading to Muslims who are influenced by western values and feels they owe the west some justice. The promoters of the anti-hadith society are pushing an agenda for change in the Islamic thinking of the Muslim population of the South East Asia nation. They are aided by non-Muslims (local and foreign) who want to see a sea of change in the mental and fundamental reasoning of Muslims. The movement uses strategies that are based on deceit and has planted these workers, including in Pakistan. Be aware of it.
