Akbar Bugti, A year has passed

I know it was me who was happy on the death of Bugti. Offcourse the dictator was not exposed fully to me at that time and I took his step as a Positive move for Pakistan. I was happy that Musharraf killed an enemy of my country. I think entire opposite now. Let me explain what I used to think at that time and what are similarities exist in my different perceptions.

The reason I hated Bugti and loved Musharraf was very simple. I had seen Musharraf as a savior of Pakistan. I don’t know whether I shared before or not, I was big fan of his speeches, the way he used to speak and adressing others. I became his fan afta his India trip where he beautifully tackled Indian media. It was quite natural that I became fan of his policies as well.

I had been reading lots of stuff about Bugti. Offcourse he was not saint at all. I was very much excited that , Yayyy , we killed our enemy . I didn’t know at that time that real enemy is the person who is called Musharraf in the world. I didn’t take serious the comments made by my respectable readers here and I thought they are just being anti Of musharraf. In short, I was just being an ignorant. But, was I really being ignorant? allow me to share my point of view. My point was, I wouldn’t like any one who goes against my country and support those who save my country. Very simple thought and there is nothing between lines. Now, who met the criteria? AN year back it was Mushrraf whom I think is the only right man which meets the criteria of a good man and Bugi as a bad man.

Time passed and then month of December came when we lost Bangladesh. I had decided to study about this issue. Prior to make posts about Bangladesh, I used to think Mujeebur Rahman as enemy of Pakistan but when I read in detailed about the entire drama set by Yayah and Bhutto, I found Najeeb a victim of pathetic politics of Pakistan. I found that Najeeb was not an enemy neither he wanted a seprate state, he was just forced to get a seprate state. My posts about 16th December tragedy are here and here.

The way my thinking got changed about Mujeeb, it got changed about Bugti as well. I don’t say I know much about bugti, I really don’t know much but my criteria of savior of Pakistan was not later followed by dictator Musharraf. Killing in Waziristan, Lal Masjid tragedy, missing people case, CJ saga ,ridiculing Islam in the name of enlightenment and moderation, these things were not exposed much at that time. So whether it was ignorance or innocence, I feel sorry for it and I admit my mistake. I don’t know much about Bugti but time will sure expose the real culprits, just like it exposed the real culprit of Fall of Dhaka. All I will say, may Allah keeps this state safe from enemies and from so called saviors of this country-Ameen.

Glad you are patching up. The fire that started from Balochistan is now spread to waziristan, northern areas and Islamabad. It really hurts to see how one man has placed our sovereignty at stake just to prolong his rule.

May Allah bless us with honest and committed leaders.

every one like there own rulers they should decide to choose who should manage there land and territory, its exactly like leader thinks that he has the power to declare war on any person he thinks is against the policies he works on, i think all of us have learned the hard way and its about time that we did, that we shouldn’t blindly just trust our leaders because they are not GOD they are humans just like us so when some thing comes up in the future lets do our homework and then judge.
