A missing child in Saudia

Just recieved this mail by a friend. Regardless of whether it’s a fake or not, I am posting it because my blog is frequently visited by people in Saudia,Pakistan and India. May the kid meets her parents soon-Ameen. Read below:

The below is story of a 3 years girl found in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 2 month ago. Seems she got lost and no body so far reports her missing. Due to her age they are unable to get any information of her family. The sad story is that sometimes she put the mobile phone on her ear and keep crying and calling Baba Baba (Dad…dad)

I am forwarding this message to you with the hope that any single contact may play important role in the girl’s destiny… As the range of this list varies across different countries (yours may as well) someone may happen to recognize the girl or may have heard about missing child…

   Hi Adnan, I have no doubt about your intentions here but this missing child news does sound fake.If she is found in Saudia and if she is not a local residence than the easiest thing to do is to run database for her passport.If i remember correctly even the infants require passport nowadays.If its not a fake one then May she find her family soon (Ameen).

   Dee: I did think on similar lines but what I think that baby was not carrying a passport. Obviously passport would be kept by her parents. Second, It’s also not sure that she is a pakistani. She could be indian,bangali or afghani.

   Hmmm when i said run a database i meant (Name look up).She is 3 and should be able to tell her name.So if her name is not come up on NIC then it must be on passport database where one can find the further details such as nationalities and parents info.
   Heard of any devolopments on this case?

   Dee, I am not aware of any such database by Saudi Govt where they keep centralise record of passports but oh yes.. on imigration counter they do have computer terminals and one could try to find out there. I think you and me too give this suggestion on given email.

   No i didnt hear any such thing at all
