LHC’s decisions, An alamring situation for Govt?
I am 100% with the historial decision of LHC(Lahore High Court) . I must salute the concerned people to come forward against corruption in government. According to source:
The Lahore High Court on Wednesday declared the appointment of 16 Punjab government advisers illegal and barred them from holding their respective offices.
Further,
Justice Mian Hamid Farooq in his short order said that neither the 1973 Constitution, nor the Rules of Business, or any other law empowered the governor to order the appointment of advisers to the provincial government. As a result, the notification for the appointment of advisers to the government, which were issued in gross contravention of Rule 6-A of the Rules of Business enforced under Article 139(3) of the Constitution, stood cancelled, annulled and quashed as they were without jurisdiction and unlawful.
Great! Now the same constitution applies on other provinces as well, NO? So when Sind High Court is going to give similar orders against Sind government. I know it wouldn’t take much time when Murids of Musharraf will come forward to sing praises of Musharraf and will not obey the order.
Same High Court gave the release order of Hafiz Saeed who was detained by Punjab Govt on Aug 28.
These decisions are positive signals for the future of Pakistan where Judiciary System is getting stronger and honest now. Well done LHC!
