Someone might be interested to know what actually I bought for myself while I was in KSA.Well,few bottles of Itar of Khuss and Mushk and four books about Islamic History.

These days I am spending much money on books rather anything else.BTW,I dont have habbit to go out for shopping.Anyways,I am just not limited to books on particular field or topic. In past I bought urdu books of Qudratullah shahab and Mumtaz Mufti,but intentialy or un intentialy I am inclined towards Islamic literature. I am a very ignorant muslim and I don’t know much about my own religion’s history beside that I read in Islamiat books during schools. Having knowledge about 5 times prayers,fasting,reciting quran doesn’t make you a muslim anyway. How could you be a good mathematics student unless you are not aware of basic rules? Or if you are a programmer, how could you write complex routines while you don’t have any idea about constants and variables?

The other reason that these days non-muslims are interested more in Islam and Islamic teachings than we ignorant muslims who actually get and believe teachings of Islam
By them. It’s shameful but a fact. But I wouldn’t give this reason much marks than my own interest to know religion which is being followed by me and my ancestors since ages.

Khair again I lost the track. I bought four books from a bookshop which was opposite to Gate No 23/24 of Masjid Nabvi(SAW).Sorry I forgot the names. I bought the following books.

• Miracles of Messenger (SAW)-compiled by Darussalam Research Division.

• Gems and Jewels: Wise sayings, intresting events and moral lessons from Islamic History-Compiled by Abdul Malik Majid of Darussalam.

• Men around the Messenger (SAW):Its about 60 companions of the Prophet(SAW) who can be declared the first generation of Muslims-by Khalid Muhammad Khalid.

• Sunharay Auraq(Golden Papers):Its in Urdu and compiled by Abdul Malik Majid.I have finished this book and it really opened a new door of knowledge about people who practiced Islam literally in their lives and got rewarded.

The book currently I am reading is Men Around Messenger ,till now I have read about Musab Bin Umair(RA) and Salman Farisi(RA). How many of us actually heard Musab bin Umair in life? We the poor souls who are victims of Pakistani Islamic syllabus of schools which starts from Namaz(Salat) and ends at the fourth caliph ,Ali(RA). Our muslim youth know much about love affair between Abhishek Bachan and Aishwarya but not about what Ijtihad means.Damn we ignorant Muslims, we deserve to be burnt in fire of insult here and in next world. I am cursing myself but we get what we are taught to. I know about this love affair because I read in my local news paper while I don’t read about Prophet’s companions.
Okay as usual I lost the track and went beyond the topic. My blog readers know it very well and they have learnt that this kuttay ki d um seedhi nahi hosakti

This evening while watching Sports Center on ESPN,I got this shocking news about Dean Jones that he called Hashim Amla,a South african muslim cricketer a Terrorist.Ten Sports channel took the immediate action and kicked him out and sent back to Australia.Whine Dino(his nick name) regretting a lot and gave a public apology,it doesnt declare him an innocent and it can’t hide his views against Islam and Muslims.I used to like his batting style and it was really fun to watch him as a cricketer and as a commentrator.Alas Dean you lost the respect of millions of your lovers.

AoA and Hello to All my friends,foes,lovers and haters!

Alhamdolillah I am back to town after a wonderful Umrah trip.I can’t say it a successful one because only Allah knows it.Yes I am thankful to Allah that He made be stronger enough to help my old parents to perform all prayers and visit all sacred places.Yes in this way I am very lucky that my parents were giving me lots of duas in both Masjidul Haram and Masjid Nabvi(SAW).Beside that I was able to perform prayers which i coudn’t do in my first ever umrah trip 3 years ago.

Those people who personally contacted me via emails or comments for prayers and Salam to the Prophet(SAW).I want to inform them I have conveyed their salam as well as duas to concerned authorities.May Allah gives result of your duas soon.

I missed Karachi.Specially when i landed in Jeddah.Even neat and clean roads of Jeddah coudnlt take room in my heart which is filled with dirty and unconstructed routes of Karachi.Its all about love that I only can guess.

Inshallah I will be discussing my trip in future posts.I can’t promise that it will come soon or not.I used to get news about Karachi rain and issues via Geo TV which was provided during my stay in Makkah.

I went thru Karachi metroblog achieve to know more details about heavy rain destruction which killed more than 10 people (got via Geo TV in Makkah).The guys at Karachi metblog came up some very good news to describe the actual situation for a person like me who missed it.Initially they were very happy but as the time passed guys like umar ,awab ,mansoor and imtiaz cameup with good posts.At one side I was happy that I am away from loadsheding and ejoying time at sacred places while on oter hand i was not feeling well after watchin deadly after rain effects in Karachi.I am sorry my karachiites,I was not here to share this pain with you but it was all decided that I had to leave the city at that time.

I also got a *wonderful* news about Pakistan’s defeat against England in 2nd cricket test.Actually got this news paper from a Pakistani resturant near my hotel.

It was also very pleasing to experience another political stupidity by Altaf hussien and his companions.These guys really doing childish politics these days.They came back from Karachi airport and didnt meet the president because of their differences with Sind’s CM Arbab Rahim who gave some statment about “Geedar and Shair”

Yes like everyone else,we also got Zamzam and dates from Makkah and Medinah.My mother bought few gifts from different shops.I personally dont like the idea of buying gifts for people back in town and I dont know why people expect pilgrims to get ZamZam water and dates.Fine exchanging gifts is very much liked by the Prophet(SAW) but if you visit those two holy sites,you hardly will to go out and wander for shopping.It’s not written anywhere in Quran and Hadith books that you have to bring something anyway.For me its like a big obstacle during prayers and I do whine about it.

Anyway,let me sign off.Further details.I am very holy and sin free(zero meter),i think i would be doing some sin soon.Frankly speaking i am not a pious,no hypocrisy.Hypocrisy remined me that few of my office friends asked me to keep beared.I rejected the idea as it would be like a show off that I kept beared after an Umrah as a sign of over night change.Yes I didnt shave for 10 days and my head got clean shaved according to umrah prayers.Beard and clean shaved,.mY sister did take my snap and I am not sure whether I put that pic public or not[dont want to scare you people and hurt you].Between i am clean shaved now,no beared.

Acha,let me go now,it was just like a *hello* post.Inshallah i will share my experience with you guys including some bad one which I experienced in both cities.I also goin thru my 3 email accounts.I also got many comment approvals which i already approved few hours back.I would try to reply them now.I am also goin thru my blogroll in RSS aggregator software.Its so weird for me that I stayed away from Internet and computer for 10 days and i didnt feel restless
