Today Jan-09,2006 and 9 Zilhajjah of Hijri Calender,around 3 millions of muslims around the world are performing Hajj in Mecca,the people after performing hajj are entired has Haji (Pilgrim).Congrats to those who performing hajj this year and best of luck to those who will perform in future.Unlike past,this time Pakistani pilgrims are in majority than Indonesians,good to hear for me.

I didnt perform Hajj yet but I`m thankful of Allah that my first ever visit out of pakistan was for Mecca-Medina,for sake of Umrah in 2003.

Update:A reader approached to me after reading the post and brought my attentioon here ,what all i would like to comment that such things has nothing to do with the exercise of Hajj,Iran have issues with USA ,and might be legitimate one,but there is NO way to use that holy platform for sake of politics and saudi govt should take action to stop such things at Kaaba otherwise things would go out of their hands as it happened in 1979 when a group seized kaba and pakistani army was requested to gertid of intruders.

West should make different between Religion and politics,blaming whole religion due to group of people is utter stupidity in my sight
